We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However should you wish to return any blinds purchased from our website, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in the condition it was delivered in.

Returns should be made within 28 days. If the product is returned in a a damaged state, then we reserve the right to issue a refund.

Products we are liable to exchange or refund.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on customised blinds that have been ordered to small for your window. Also when the products arrive at your doorstep, if the goods are damaged please sign for them as damaged, if you sign for them undamaged then unfortunately we cannot accept any refund requests.

Cancellation of Made to Measure Blinds

If you decide to cancel your made to measure product any reason, we would be unable to sell it to another customer. So we reserve the right to charge for your cancelled order.

Returns Procedure

Returns should be made by following the below procurers.

· Complete our online contact form including your order reference, please explain the reason for the return and the action require. i.e. refund or replacement
· We will e-mail you back with instructions and will contact our courier to collect the products from you.
· Refunds on delivery charges will be given only if the product was incorrect, damaged or faulty

Contract Orders

If you want to order ten or more blinds or more in quantity, then please feel free to contact us, in regards to our new contact scheme. We would like to reward all customers for placing this type of order quantity. For every order that exceeds ten blinds of any product on our website, then please feel free to contact us and we will try to arrange a great deal for you. Please remember to include your proposed order and all the details that come with it.
