Do you only deliver blinds to the UK?

Currently we are unfortunately only able to deliver blinds within the UK and Northern Ireland.

If I supply my own fabric could you make my blinds for me?

Unfortunately we don't offer this service. All of our fabrics are chosen from the highest quality that is available, and we test all of our fabric to ensure that we provide the highest quality product, so we can ensure that our customers will be happy for many years to come with there blinds.

I don't understand the difference between QB Quick and QB Custom?

Depending on the type of blind you have chosen you can choose wither of the two options depending on the size and specification of your window.
QB Quick- This option enables you to choose a blind that is readymade from the finest materials; ready to ship instantly once an order is placed.
QB Custom-The QB Custom option enables your choice of blinds to be tailored to your window. We will cut the width to size, and provide full instructions on how to adjust the drop. So you can easily create a custom blind for your home. 

Can I cut and custom the Ready-made blinds myself?

QB does not recommend you customising your blinds yourself; we use only the finest materials that are tailored to our blinds. If you are looking for a blind to go in your recess it is really worth the extra investment to have a made-to-measure blind that will fit perfectly. 

Are you Roman Blinds Lined?

Yes, are range of Roman Blinds are perfect for creating an luxurious feel around the home. We offer a luxurious and a budget version of Roman Blinds, so we have the style and range to suit your budget. 

What type of wood are the Wood Venetian blinds made of?

All of our Venetian Blinds are made from a high quality Basswood. This is a perfect wood for any Venetian Blinds as it not only provides a high quality finish to your window, but also offers strength and flexibility. 

What do I do if my blinds become faulty?

Do you sell blackout blinds?

QB is proud of its diversity and range of products. We have a wide selection of blackout blinds for you to choose from in our roller blinds range, which are perfect for cutting out light from coming into you room. 

How long does it take for the blinds to be delivered?

Quality Window Blinds charge a flat fee of £3.00 for delivery throughout the UK mainland regardless of the size of order. Readymade blinds for the UK mainland are usually delivered within 3-5 working days and more often than not within this time. Blinds that are customised to size will take 7 working days for delivery. 

What type of blinds would be best for my bathroom?

A lot of consideration needs to be done when choosing a blind for your bathroom. With steam coming from hot showers and baths, it is often a humid place within your home. So you must consider a special requirement for this atmosphere. Our range of PVC Verticals is perfect for the bathroom. They are water resistant, which makes them ideal in steamy environments and they are simple to clean too. Giving you not only an elegant feel, but they are also practical as well. 

How do I measure blinds for a bay window?

When ordering for your bay window, which suggest that you order the largest blind first. Once you have fitted this you can measure up for the remaining blinds using the edge of the head rail as your starting point. We have researched this, and from customer feedback as well we felt this was the most effective way of getting a great fit around a bay window - it prevents any gaps or overlapping.
